數(shù)量:1980年統(tǒng)計有繁殖母豬9.5萬頭。

主要特性:體短腿矮,腹大下垂,頭短,耳中等大,下垂,皮薄毛稀,部分豬在鼻吻處有白斑,稱"花鼻子",被毛黑色。成年體重:公豬156千克,母豬141千克。產(chǎn)仔數(shù):初產(chǎn)10頭,二胎12.l頭,三胎以上13.5頭。肥育期在較好的飼養(yǎng)水平下日增重464克,低水平日增重385克,屠宰率66.2%,瘦肉率40%,膘厚3.82厘米,眼肌面積22.3平方厘米。

產(chǎn)地(或分布):山東省臨沂市北部、沂南、沂水、呂縣三縣交界地區(qū)。

數(shù)量:1978年統(tǒng)計有繁殖母豬6萬余頭。

主要特性:體型中等,胸寬而深,背腰平直且寬,四肢結實,頭大小適中,額寬,有金錢形皺紋,耳中等大,耳根硬,耳尖向前傾罩,嘴筒短而微獗,皮灰色,被毛黑色,分為大、中、小三型。成年體重:公豬199千克,母豬154千克。產(chǎn)仔數(shù):初產(chǎn)8-9頭,經(jīng)產(chǎn)10-11頭。肥育期日增重419-680克,屠宰率76.3%,瘦肉率43.9%,瞟厚4.6厘米,眼肌面積24.19平方厘米。

產(chǎn)地(或分布):湖南省長沙市郊縣。

數(shù)量:1980年調(diào)查繁殖母豬1.3萬頭。

主要特性:體型中等,胸寬而深,背腰寬而微凹,腹大略下垂,體態(tài)前高后低,頭較清秀,耳中等大、下垂呈八字形,群眾稱為"蝴蝶耳",頭分長頭和短頭兩型,長頭型俗稱"閹雞頭",額較窄,皺紋較淺,嘴筒圓而較細;短頭型俗稱"壽字頭",額較寬,皺紋較深,嘴筒粗而稍扁,臉稍凹,被毛黑色,僅四肢下端為白色,稱"四腳踏雪"。成年體重:公豬107千克,母豬81千克。產(chǎn)仔數(shù):初產(chǎn)8.7頭,三胎以上12.3頭。肥育性能較好,農(nóng)村飼養(yǎng)日增重384克,屠宰率67%,臀腿比例26.5%,瘦肉率40.7%,瞟厚4.2厘米,眼肌面積22.2平方厘米。

Major characteristics:The breed has moderate body conformation,with neat and trim head,medium-sized and drooping ears,which seem to be "八",so native people call it“butterfly ear".According to the size of the head,the breed is classified into long head type and short head type.The former is locally named “yanji head",with narrow forehead,superficial wrinkles,round and trim snout.While the latter is named "shouzi head",with wide forehead,deep wrinkles,rough and trim snout,lightly concaved face.Note the wide and deep chest,wide and lackarched back,and large and lightly drooping belly.The fore quarters are higher than the hindquarters.The coat color is black,with white hooves.Average weight of male adults is 106.9kg and females 80.9kg.The litter size is 8.7piglets in the first litter,and more than 12.3piglets in third and up-third parity.The milk yield is 31.4kg.The daily gain in the fattening period is 384g in the county.The average dressing percentage is 67%.The back fat thickness is 4.2 mother eye muscle area is 22.2cm2.The ham ratio is 26.5%.The lean meat percentage is 40.7%.

產(chǎn)地(或分布):海南省五指山區(qū)。

數(shù)量:1983年調(diào)查有繁殖母豬600余頭。

主要特性:體型小,胸部較窄,背腰平直,腹部不下垂,臀部不發(fā)達,四肢細而長,體質(zhì)細致緊湊。頭小而長,耳小直立,嘴尖,嘴筒微彎被毛大部為黑色,腹部與四股內(nèi)側(cè)為白色,崇毛呈黑色或棕色。成年母豬體重30-35千克。性成熟早,小母豬斷乳后一個月有發(fā)情征狀,3-4月齡初配。產(chǎn)仔數(shù):初產(chǎn)4頭,經(jīng)產(chǎn)6-8頭。小公豬1-1.5月齡有性行為,當?shù)厝罕姴涣艄i,即小公豬性成熟配種后就宰殺。

Major characteristics:The breed has small body conformation,with fine and tight constitution,with small and long head,small and erect ears,smooth and lighdy bended snout,narrow chest,flat and straight back,undraping belly,steep rump,and trim long legs.The coat color of the breed is mostly black,and the belly and the inside of the legs are white,the mane is black or brown.Average weight of female adult is 30-35kg.When about 30 days after weaning,the piglet shows estrus sigh.It can be bred at the age of 3-4 months.The litter size is 4 piglets in the first litter,and 6-8piglets in afterward litter.The male piglet has sexual behavior at the age of 1-1.5 months,so it is slaughtered after mated.

皖浙花豬

體型中等偏大。頭大，額有皺紋，耳中等大小、下垂。背腰較平直，腹較大而不垂。毛色都是黑白花，在吻突、四肢下端、前胸和下腹部為白色，頭、臀兩端為黑色，額部有形狀和大小不同的“白毛星”，二種毛色交界處有寬窄不等的黑皮白毛的“暈帶”，腰背部毛色不一，有全黑、全白或各種形狀的黑斑。乳頭數(shù)多為7~8對。據(jù)測定，6月齡公豬平均體重28.2公斤，體長79.9厘米，母豬相應為29.9公斤，85.3厘米。皖浙花豬性成熟較早。小母豬4~5月齡開始配種。

主要特性:體型中等,背腰較寬,微凹,腹較大,耳稍大下垂,額部多有橫行皺紋,被毛黑白花,頭部和臀部有大塊黑斑,腹部、四肢為白色。成年體重:公豬133千克,母豬111千克。產(chǎn)仔數(shù):初產(chǎn)12頭,三胎以上14頭。肥育期在較好飼養(yǎng)條件下日增重519克,屠宰率70.7%,瘦肉率43.2%,瞟厚4.31厘米.HE肌而來只18平方厘米。

Major characteristics:The breed has moderate body comformation,with large and drooping ears;mostly there are transverse wrinkles in the forehead.The back is lightly wide and lack-arched,and the belly lightly large.The coat color of the breed is black and white,with  white belly and legs.Average weight of male adults is 133.3kg and females 110.8kg.The litter size is 11.9 piglets in the first litter,and more than 13.8piglets in third and up-third parity,about 96.2% piglets are able to survive.The daily gain in the fattening period is 519g under better condition.The

average dressing percentage is 70.7%.The eye muscle area is 18.1cm2.The lean meat percentage is 43.2%.A high combining ability is found.

里岔黑豬

   

1、體質(zhì)外貌

　　里岔黑豬全身被毛與皮膚為黑色，極個別的有棕毛，體軀長、胸部淺、胸圍比體長小15厘米，頭中等大小，嘴筒長直，前額有明顯的菱形皺紋，耳大前傾，背腰平直，腹大而不下垂。乳頭一般為 七對 ，肢蹄結實，后軀稍欠豐滿。

　　2、生產(chǎn)性能

　　初產(chǎn)母豬平均產(chǎn)仔8.85頭，初生重平均1.28千克，60天斷奶體重18.07千克，經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬平均產(chǎn)仔12頭，初生重平均1.19千克，母豬哺乳性能良好。

　　在一般飼養(yǎng)情況下，育肥豬六個月體重達90千克，平均日增重600克左右，飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率1：3.3～3.5，90千克體重育肥豬屠宰率71%，瘦肉率50%以上，膘厚2.8厘米以下。

　　以里岔黑豬為基礎，導入杜洛克豬血統(tǒng)，培育的里岔黑豬新品系具有繁殖率高、抗病力強、肉質(zhì)好的優(yōu)良性能，同時生長發(fā)育快、瘦肉率高、飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率高。

　　以里岔黑豬新品系豬為母本，與長白、大約克等豬雜交，雜種后代育肥豬日增重800克以上，飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率在1：3以下。

冀合白豬

　　冀合白豬包括2個專門化母系和1個專門化父系。母系A由大白豬、定縣豬、深縣豬三個品系雜交而成，母系B由長白豬、漢沽黑豬和太湖豬、二花臉三個品系雜交合成。父系C則是由4個來源的美系漢普夏豬經(jīng)繼代單系選育而成.冀合白豬采取三系配套、兩級雜交方式進行商品肉豬生產(chǎn)。選用A系與B系交配產(chǎn)生父母代AB，AB母豬再與C系公豬交配產(chǎn)生商品代 CAB并全部育肥。商品豬全部為白色。其特點是母豬產(chǎn)仔多,商品豬一致性強、瘦肉率高、生長速度快。A、B兩個母系產(chǎn)仔數(shù)分別為12.12頭，13.02頭，日增重分別為0.771公斤和0.702公斤，瘦肉率分別為58.26％和60.04％。父系C的日增重0.819公斤，料肉比2.88：1，瘦肉率65.34％。父母代AB與父系C雜交，產(chǎn)仔數(shù)達13.52頭，商品豬CAB154日齡達90公斤，日增重0.816公斤，瘦肉率60.34％，具有較好的推廣前景。

北京花豬

  　


北京花豬是優(yōu)良的瘦肉型母系豬種，形成于50年代中后期，1984年由北京國營農(nóng)場管理局、北京農(nóng)業(yè)大學和北京南郊農(nóng)場共同協(xié)作選育完成北京花豬Ⅰ系，1994年完成北京花豬Ⅱ系。目前在華北地區(qū)飼養(yǎng)的北京花豬主要是北京花豬Ⅱ系。

　　一、體型外貌

　　1、北京花豬I系：體型較大，緊湊結實，背腰平直，頭大小適中，嘴較短，稍向上撅。兩耳稍向前傾，頭、頸、軀銜接良好，腰線直而不下垂，后腿，臀較豐滿，四肢較高而強健，毛色為黑、白花，花片分明，毛色遺傳穩(wěn)定，沒有全黑，全白反祖現(xiàn)象。

　　2、北京花豬Ⅱ系：被毛黑白花，體型大小適中，頭較輕，嘴較長，兩耳平直，稍向前傾，頭頸軀結合良好，體軀緊湊結實，背腰平直，腹不下垂四肢較高而強健，后腿較豐滿。

　　二、生產(chǎn)性能

　　1、北京花豬I系，六月齡公豬體重平均達95公斤，母豬體重平均達90公斤。北京花豬I系生長快，飼料利用率高，肉料比1∶3.5。北京花豬種豬性能溫順，性欲旺盛，六月齡體重可以進行配種，母豬初情期為160～185日齡，發(fā)情周期為18～21天。

　　2、北京花豬Ⅱ系：平均產(chǎn)仔數(shù)11.4頭，肉豬170日齡達90公斤，胴體瘦肉率56.2%。與大白豬雜交效果：大花雜優(yōu)豬作肉豬165日齡體重達90公斤，胴體瘦肉率59%以上；作母豬時，平均產(chǎn)仔數(shù)13.0頭；以長白豬為第二父本，以大花雜優(yōu)豬為母本，生產(chǎn)三元雜交肉豬效果最好，160日齡體重達90公斤，胴體瘦肉率達60%以上。

遼寧黑豬

　　遼寧黑豬是由東北民豬與巴克夏豬雜交后經(jīng)40余年風土馴化而成的地方品種。該品種具有適應性強、繁殖力高、肉質(zhì)好等優(yōu)良特征。遼寧黑豬分為丹東黑豬、復縣黑豬、昌圖黑豬和南臺黑豬4個類群，其中丹東黑豬類群最多，約占整個遼寧黑豬一半以上。  
    　遼寧黑豬四個類群的體型外貌相似，其特點是：體質(zhì)結實，結構勻稱，頭大小適中，耳前傾稍下垂，嘴稍長，顏面直或略凹；身腰長，肩中等寬，背腰平直，尻部略傾斜，腹部微垂；四肢高，肢蹄堅實，毛色純黑，乳頭7對以上，排列整齊；成年公豬平均體長163.7厘米，胸圍146.4厘米，體重210.8公斤；成年母豬平均體長155.8厘米，胸圍146.4厘米，體重203.9公斤。

     　遼寧黑豬最大特點就是繁殖性能好。一般生后4－5個月，體重50－60公斤性成熟，7－8個月開始配種；發(fā)情周期平均為19.8天，發(fā)情持續(xù)期85－98小時，妊娠期115.14天；初產(chǎn)母豬平均產(chǎn)仔數(shù)12.8頭，初生窩重12公斤，50天斷奶窩重126公斤，窩成活10.94頭；經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬平均產(chǎn)仔數(shù)14.98頭，初生窩重12.6公斤，50天斷奶窩重139公斤，窩成活11.46頭。遼寧黑豬存在生長慢（580－680克），瘦肉率低（胴體瘦肉率50％左右）的缺點，但表現(xiàn)出極好的雜種優(yōu)勢。遼寧黑母豬與大約克夏、長白、杜洛克雜交生產(chǎn)的“約黑”、“長黑”、“杜黑”二元雜交母豬，具有母性強、產(chǎn)仔多、生長快、效益好等優(yōu)良特征。平均產(chǎn)仔數(shù)14.5頭，50天斷奶重168公斤，三元雜交后代日增重798克，料肉比3.1：1，胴體瘦肉率63％以上。
