偶不同意！你的觀點！能管理IBM的人才也是從開始歷練出來的，如果剛開始都沒有機會給年輕人，怎么要求他們有朝一日能管理象IBM這樣的企業(yè)？

企業(yè)其實招到大學生還有具體計劃的　剛畢業(yè)嘛確實需要沉著　不能浮躁　到了企業(yè)　再一步一步的干過來

支持這個觀點，現(xiàn)在許多人掂量不出自己有幾斤幾兩，這是問題關鍵所在。我的就業(yè)觀：此企業(yè)有發(fā)展前景，此崗位適合我，我認為我能在此崗位上做出成績。那么，只要這個企業(yè)給足我當?shù)氐幕旧钯M，我就會選擇這個崗位。當工作業(yè)績能證明我身價的時候，我想薪水已經(jīng)不再是問題。
